Compared to previous surveys, some fan clubs have seen significant growth. Flamengo, for example, remains in the lead, but has shown a slight increase in the percentage of fans, reinforcing its position as the largest fan club in Brazil. Palmeiras has also shown growth, increasingly consolidating its position in the Top 3.

On the other hand, clubs such as Vasco and Santos have seen a slight decline compared to previous studies, reflecting less impressive recent seasons. Cruzeiro, which has faced difficulties in recent years, has shown stability in the number of fans, even after fluctuations in the Série B.

Fan bases outside the traditional centers of Brazilian football

Outside the most traditional Brazilian football states, such as Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Minas Gerais, the survey revealed the strength of clubs from the northeast region of Brazil, with five teams featuring among the largest fan bases in the country. Sport reached the mark of 2.7% of the total number of fans, tying in 10th place with Cruzeiro, which puts the team from Pernambuco also in the national top 10 - Bahia, also from the northeast region, was named by 2.5% of those interviewed as their favorite team.

Continuing in the northeast region, E.C Vitória appears in 15th place in the overall ranking, with 1.9%, followed by Ceará S. C. (1.6%) and Fortaleza E.C. (1.4%).
